How it all started...
360 Worship Center was immersed in prayer for a year, at the home of our pastors and in various locations such as hospitals and other homes, alongside Stanley Thomas.
Our senior pastor, as do other members of our pastoral staff, finds rich Pentecostal heritage in the C.O.G.I.C. denomination. Being a 4th generation member and minister of the denomination, he holds dear many of the foundational practices of the church; having served locally at Philadelphia C.O.G.I.C., in Memphis, TN, under the leadership of his uncle, father in the gospel and mentor, the late Elder Alex Brown, Sr. and later under his grandfather, the late Elder Joseph Brown, Sr.

He was licensed to preach the gospel there. Having faithfully served them both in ministry, our pastor was trained and later felt the call of God to extend his training through another Pentecostal church, Powerhouse Ministries Revival Center, in Memphis, TN, under the leadership of Bishop H. D. Vann. Being ordained an Elder and later Assistant Pastor, McBee again served faithfully for many years; continuing the teachings of holiness and Pentecostalism. After 17 years of training with PMRC, it was again time to be extended and Pastor McBee was lead to another ministry-mentor, Dr. Sharon R. Nesbitt of Dominion World Outreach Ministries, in Marion, AR. It took only a short period of time and it was clear to Dr. Nesbitt that Pastor McBee carried a mantle of a spiritual leader. She said, "You're supposed to be doing what I'm doing!" and she encouraged him to step out. Knowing full well that Dr. Nesbitt was accurately speaking, Pastor McBee along with his wife, Brenda began to bathe the vision in prayer. For one solid year they prayed in their home on Tuesday nights. Within the first few weeks, Stanley Thomas, a prophet and teacher of the gospel joined and connected himself with this vision. He later became the very first ordained Elder of 360 Worship Center.
On Tuesday, March 29, 2011, 360 Worship Center was officially launched as a ministry at 7550 East Shelby Drive in Memphis, TN. It happened on the heels of the annual Worship Conference "Worship 360" hosted by our pastor. It was a powerful service; well attended by great friends of the ministry both within and outside of the city. Seven months later the ministry moved into our first location where we continued to fulfill the mandate which is "Bringing Worship Back to God!"

360 Prayer Flow on Location is a movement that seeks to expand the vision of bringing worship back to God. It focuses on the concept of praying in specific physical locations, such as communities, cities, or nations, with the intention of seeking God's presence and transformation in those places. The idea is to engage in prayer that is targeted and strategic, recognizing that worship and intercession have the power to impact the spiritual atmosphere and bring about positive change. By praying in specific locations, the movement aims to align hearts with God's purposes and invite His kingdom to manifest in tangible ways.
